D.R. Joseph Inc. revolutionized IBC control
17 years ago by developing an ultra-sonic sensing, IBC control system
that is affordable, user friendly and robust in its control ability.
Since that time D.R. Joseph has supplied more IBC controls than any
other company in the world.
At Flex Essentials, we are pleased to retrofit a D.R. Joseph
IBC control on any existing blown film line. D.R. Joseph has
replaced many existing systems to improve the performance and
user friendliness of IBC. Also, with a Flex Essentials IBC hardware
retrofit we will install a D.R. Joseph control package for maximum
control stability.
Many features and options are available on a D.R. Joseph control
such as automatic start-up, automatic on-the-fly layflat changes,
automatic bubble cage position control, and industry standard
communication interfaces. All controls are supplied with a modem
to allow off-site customer support.
