Impression Gearless Press:
Flexotecnica is a tier one supplier of central impression, Flexographic,
gearless, printing presses. Owned by Cerutti Corporation (the worlds
largest supplier of rotogravure presses) Flexotecnica has used
the technical synergy and financial depth of the organization to
supply a world class flexographic, central impression, gearless,
sleeve printing press that others are hard pressed to follow.
For Canada, all presses are manufactured with North American electrical
components. They are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy;
however for Canada, service and parts are from the Flexotecnica
division of North American Cerutti Corporation in Milwaukee, WI.
Presses are manufactured in up to ten colours. All presses are
gearless, sleeve, central impression, presses. Standard press widths
are available from 32-60 inches (800-1525 mm) wide. Standard repeats
are available at 30 (760), 33 (840) and 43(1100) inches (mm). Extra
large “Mega” model of presses are available up to 83
inches (2100 mm) wide with 75 inch (1900 mm) repeats. Line speeds
are available up to 1600 fpm (500 mpm).
Options available include auto wash-up systems and automatic registration
control. Special features allow printing deck set-up while the
line is running. Your operator can be running a six colour job
while they are setting up the next job on the unused four decks!
C.I. drum access is fully protected from the operator for total
safety!
